Moya Village is a rural village in the Eastern Province of Zambia. They were adopted by a collaborative effort from the Beta Nu Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated, along with Beta Pi Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority (Alabama State University), Nu Xi Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority (Auburn University Montgomery), and Rho Chi Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority (Huntingdon College) chapters, in April, 2019.
This village of more than 200 people gets their water from a shallow, hand-dug well in a dry riverbed.
